- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support the Salon Manager in achieving sales and service targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a salon/spa/beauty industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a must)
- Customer oriented with problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of salon services and beauty trends preferred
