Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen calls, and redirect them to appropriate departments.
Visitor Coordination
- Register visitors and issue visitor passes according to company policies.
- Inform employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Provide basic administrative support to departments when required.
