About Mantra
Mantra is a wellbeing concept in Al Quoz offering Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities.
The facility also provides a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner.
Role Overview
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers visiting Mantra to play, exercise, relax, or work.
The role supports facility operations and customer service across reception, bookings, activities, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer customer queries through booking channels, online platforms, and phone.
- Manage booking and reservation platforms and keep customer details current.
- Coordinate games, lessons, tournaments, and special events.
- Maintain the reception area and oversee facility cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Support sales and promotion of Mantra products and services.
- Assist with data entry, email correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative work.
