Role Overview
Support Mantra's events, birthdays, bookings, and community experiences across its padel, tennis, fitness, wellness, and community activities.
The internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in events and sports hospitality.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate birthday parties, private bookings, and events.
- Respond to event enquiries and support clients with their requirements.
- Plan the experience from booking through event day.
- Coordinate with coaches, reception, F&B, and other team members.
- Assist with event setup and on-the-day execution.
- Support community events, social activities, and special activations.
- Create ideas to improve birthdays and events.
- Collect feedback and contribute to continuous experience improvement.
Who They Are Looking For
- Current study or recent graduation in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and confident communicating with customers and teams.
- Friendly, proactive, creative, and comfortable in a busy environment.
- Willingness to perform hands-on event work rather than desk-only work.
