Role Overview
The company is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Barista passionate about coffee, hospitality, and high-quality customer experiences.
The role also supports simple food preparation and counter service in a dynamic lifestyle-driven environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, pastries, tartines, and other simple food items.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across beverages and food.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain clean and organized café equipment, preparation areas, and service counters.
- Support stock management, ingredient preparation, and daily operational tasks.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Contribute to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous barista experience and three years of barista experience are required.
- Basic food preparation and kitchen preparation skills are required.
- Strong multitasking ability across beverage and food service is required.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards is required.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are required.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive work habits are required.
- The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must reliably commute to Al Quoz or plan to relocate before starting.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
