About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island is described as an integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah scheduled to open in 2027.

The resort is planned to include rooms and suites, restaurants, lounges, bars, a theater, beach club, pools, spa, salon, shopping promenade, and events center.

Position overview

The position is Reception Manager for the Japanese Restaurant within the resort’s Food and Beverage team.

The role manages reception operations and guest experiences for a high-end restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage pre-arrival communications, reservations, guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
Review guest profiles and histories to anticipate needs and personalize service.
Coordinate special occasions and VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
Deliver polished arrivals aligned with Wynn and Forbes Travel Guide standards.
Manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guests and ensure effective handover to the service team.
Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and queues through systems such as SevenRooms.
Optimize seating flow, occupancy, and waiting times with floor and culinary teams.
Lead, schedule, coach, and develop reception employees in guest engagement, conflict resolution, and system use.
