The resort will include rooms and suites, restaurants, lounges, bars, a theater, a beach club, pools, a spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and an events center.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager – Beach Club to join its Food and Beverage team.

Responsibilities

Manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
Review guest profiles and histories to anticipate individual needs and personalize service.
Coordinate special occasions and VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
Deliver polished arrivals aligned with Wynn and Forbes Travel Guide standards.
Manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guests and ensure seamless handover to the service team.
Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and queue management through systems such as SevenRooms.
Optimize seating flow, occupancy, and guest waiting times with floor and culinary teams.
Lead, schedule, coach, and develop the reception team.
Conduct daily briefings and reinforce anticipatory, guest-centric service.
Capture feedback, support service recovery and follow-up, and improve the guest experience.
