- Maintain attendance records, office files, and administrative documents
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and daily office updates
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Manage office stationery and pantry requirements
- Support HR and Accounts departments with routine administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting records
- Handle courier, email communication, and document filing
- Maintain proper office discipline and confidentiality
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in reception and administrative work preferred
