About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in the secondary market as well as off Plan, a proven track record of closing deals, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the secondary market sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Actively source, list, and close deals in Dubai's secondary market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking and referrals.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to clients and team members.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism.
  • Monitor regular performance of Team reviews of Clients and arrange coaching sessions for team.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Build long term relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in UAE real estate with a strong focus on the secondary market.
  • Proven track record of successfully closed deals in Dubai's secondary market.
  • Previous experience in a team leadership or senior sales role.
  • In depth knowledge of Dubai's key secondary market communities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English, Other Languages are plus Points).
  • Strong understanding of the current market conditions, pricing, and trends.
