Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the secondary market sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Actively source, list, and close deals in Dubai's secondary market
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking and referrals
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to clients and team members
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism
- Monitor regular performance of team reviews and arrange coaching sessions
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
- Build long term relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE real estate experience with strong focus on secondary market
- Proven track record of successfully closed deals in Dubai's secondary market
- Previous experience in a team leadership or senior sales role
- In depth knowledge of Dubai's key secondary market communities
- Excellent communication skills (English required, other languages a plus)
- Strong understanding of current market conditions, pricing, and trends

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in the secondary market as well as off Plan, a proven track record of closing deals, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the secondary market sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Actively source, list, and close deals in Dubai's secondary market.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to clients and team members.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism.
- Monitor regular performance of Team reviews of Clients and arrange coaching sessions for team.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements
