Responsibilities
- Conduct land and property surveys for real estate and infrastructure projects
- Perform site demarcation in compliance with Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and Trakhees survey standards and regulations
- Establish, verify, and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and gate levels
- Prepare accurate survey reports, as built drawings, setting out records, and related documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure all survey activities comply with approved standards and project requirements
- Operate and maintain survey equipment, including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level, ensuring measurement accuracy
- Verify site dimensions, boundaries, and elevations before and during construction activities
- Support project teams by providing accurate survey data and resolving site survey issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Survey Engineer in the UAE real estate or construction sector
- Thorough knowledge of Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Dubai Municipality survey standards and procedures
- Strong experience in land demarcation, gate level verification, and control point establishment
- Proficient in survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level
- Ability to prepare and submit survey reports and coordinate with regulatory authorities
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- UAE driving license is an advantage
