Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage month end and year end closing processes
- Record and track all financial transactions using Zoho Books
- Implement and optimize Zoho Finance applications for enhanced financial reporting
- Generate and interpret financial reports via Zoho Analytics
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate and support external audits
- Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures
- Prepare and file VAT returns timely and accurately
- Calculate and prepare corporate tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Zoho, especially Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and familiarity with the broader Zoho Finance Suite
- Excellent analytical and detail oriented skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications
