- Review property inspection reports and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with authority and RERA requirements
- Conduct quality reviews and audits of Property Defect Analysis Reports
- Identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and inspection logs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Coordinate with project teams to address quality related issues
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and support audit activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality management processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Observer Services, Building Defect Analysis, or related inspection and reporting roles
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Reporting skills are mandatory, with the ability to prepare accurate, detailed, and professional reports
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients and project teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
