Overview

  • Alomar Holding Company is a diversified Saudi investment group focusing on real estate development and property management.
  • We seek a Real Estate Sales Specialist to support sales growth and build strong relationships with clients interested in purchasing ready residential units.
  • The role focuses on providing a professional sales experience, understanding client needs, and converting sales opportunities into successful deals.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and follow up with clients interested in purchasing real estate units.
  • Sell ready residential units, especially apartments.
  • Explain project and unit details to clients regarding areas, prices, and features.
  • Arrange field visits for clients to units and projects.
  • Follow up with potential clients daily until sale closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Enter and update client and sales opportunity data in the system or tracking files.
  • Coordinate with management regarding offers, prices, and unit availability.
  • Prepare periodic reports on clients, visits, deals, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients before and after the sale.

Required Qualifications

  • Saudi nationality.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with previous experience in project sales and selling ready residential units.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in Riyadh.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Willingness to work in the field and conduct property visits within Riyadh.
  • Residence in Riyadh.
  • Reliable transportation for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling residential apartments.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Saudi real estate brokerage license or relevant professional certification.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Basic to good English communication skills.
  • Ability to join within 30 days.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed for client appointments.
