Role Overview
CBA Real Estate is hiring an experienced Sales Progression & Contracts Officer in Dubai.
The role manages Dubai real estate transactions from agreed deal through successful transfer.
The position focuses on property contracts, DLD procedures, and transaction progression rather than general administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Forms A, B, and F.
- Prepare MOUs, addendums, and transaction documents.
- Coordinate buyers, sellers, agents, developers, and banks.
- Manage NOCs and transfer requirements.
- Track transaction deadlines and outstanding documents.
- Coordinate trustee office and DLD transfers.
- Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records.
- Keep agents and clients updated throughout the deal.
- Ensure transactions are fully prepared for successful transfer.
Requirements
- Previous Dubai real estate experience.
- Experience with sales progression, conveyancing, or contracts.
- Good knowledge of DLD and RERA procedures.
- Strong understanding of Form F and property transfers.
- Excellent English communication.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Package
- AED 4,000–5,000 monthly salary.
- Commission or bonus is provided for every successful property transfer.
