Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Dubai.
- Work with residential, luxury, and investment properties.
- Manage negotiations and close transactions professionally.
- Build long-term client and developer relationships.
- Stay current with market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- High level of professionalism and accountability.
- Fluent English is required.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Real estate experience is beneficial, but execution is emphasized more strongly.
Compensation
- The role is commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
- The position is not salaried and is not a traditional 9-to-5 role.
