Role Overview

CBA Real Estate is seeking a full-time Real Estate Photographer and Videographer in Dubai.

The role produces visual content for luxury property listings and requires understanding of photography, videography, editing, and Dubai social media trends.

Freelancers will not be considered.

Property Photography

  • Capture high-quality interior and exterior property photographs.
  • Photograph architectural details, lifestyle elements, and community amenities.
  • Deliver polished, magazine-quality images aligned with luxury branding.

Property Videography

  • Shoot professional interior and exterior property videos.
  • Capture lifestyle, community, and architectural visuals.
  • Film agent-led property tours, testimonials, and promotional videos.

Short-Form Content

  • Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Produce fast-paced, trend-driven reels optimized for social media performance.

Editing and Production

  • Edit photos with Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
  • Edit videos with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Apply color correction, grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics when required.

Collaboration and Workflow

  • Work with real estate agents and the marketing team.
  • Manage multiple shoots efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain organized photo and video file structures.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
  • A portfolio showing property photography, videography, and short-form social content is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in listed editing tools or equivalent software.
  • Experience with professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Drone experience and Dubai experience are preferred.
  • Strong luxury-real-estate visual storytelling, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary is AED 6,000-7,000, inclusive of visa and healthcare.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives are offered.
