About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the Saudi market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-value client relationships, and leading a performance-focused sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue generation across real estate services and consultancy offerings.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in real estate sales, including managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, preferably Riyadh.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Saudi National
