Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager in the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market real estate.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Compensation
- Competitive market-based salary will be discussed during the interview.
- The role includes an attractive commission structure with an additional team override.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's off-plan real estate sales team.
- Lead the company's secondary market real estate sales team.
- Manage and develop sales teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Drive achievement and improvement of sales targets.
