Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, an existing network, and experience in off plan and secondary market properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property sales opportunities across off plan and secondary markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions.
  • Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity.
  • Create and participate in on camera content for social media and brand promotion.
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge and industry awareness.
