Role Overview

  • Avaanta Properties is hiring 3 Real Estate Sales Agents for off plan and secondary market in Dubai. Commission only role with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and Manage your own client book, property sales opportunities across off plan and secondary markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
  • Advise investors on developer launches, market trends, and the right entry points
  • Run the full sales cycle. Enquiry > Reservation > Handover
  • Represent us at international roadshows and exhibitions
  • Build relationships that bring the same client back for deal after deal
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings
  • Negotiate and close property transactions
  • Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity
  • Create and participate in on camera content for social media and brand promotion
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge and industry awareness

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of active Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
  • Solid experience in both off plan and secondary market transactions
  • A track record of closing, not just generating activity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
  • Calm under pressure
