Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own client book and property sales opportunities across off plan and secondary markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
- Advise investors on developer launches, market trends, and the right entry points
- Run the full sales cycle from enquiry to reservation to handover
- Represent the company at international roadshows and exhibitions
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings
- Negotiate and close property transactions
- Create and participate in on camera content for social media and brand promotion
- Maintain a high level of market knowledge and industry awareness
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of active Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory)
- Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
- Solid experience in both off plan and secondary market transactions
- A track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
- Calm under pressure

Role Overview
- Avaanta Properties is hiring 3 Real Estate Sales Agents for off plan and secondary market in Dubai. Commission only role with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and Manage your own client book, property sales opportunities across off plan and secondary markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
- Advise investors on developer launches, market trends, and the right entry points
- Run the full sales cycle. Enquiry > Reservation > Handover
- Represent us at international roadshows and exhibitions
- Build relationships that bring the same client back for deal after deal
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends

- Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity
