OAK Realty is seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives for its growing real estate team in Dubai.
The role focuses on building a career in Dubai's residential and commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and developers.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate markets, projects, prices, and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions.
- Provide professional customer service.
Requirements
- At least one year of Dubai or UAE real estate experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn may apply.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- A professional appearance and attitude are expected.
- Candidates must be comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Candidates must be comfortable appearing in videos and creating property-related content.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
- English communication skills are required, while additional languages are an advantage.
