About the Role
Join a Dubai real estate team as a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant.
Generate and manage leads, understand client requirements, present suitable properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales and rental transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop a strong client network.
- Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients.
- Manage transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated with Dubai's real estate market, projects, prices, and developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead, client, and transaction records.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
