Role Overview
OAK Realty is seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives for its real estate team in Dubai.
The role focuses on residential and commercial property sales and rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and developers.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects, prices, and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions.
- Provide professional customer service.
Requirements
- One year of experience in Dubai or UAE real estate is preferred, while freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may apply.
- Applicants should be self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and professional.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and social media platforms is required.
- Applicants must be comfortable appearing in videos and creating property-related content.
- English communication skills are required.
- A UAE driving license and additional languages are advantageous.
