Experience

Role Overview

  • We’re expanding our Off Plan Sales Team in Dubai and are looking for ambitious, deal driven professionals who thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • If you understand Dubai’s primary real estate market, enjoy building strong client relationships, and love closing value driven deals, this role gives you the platform to grow your career while working with top tier developers and premium projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent and sell off plan projects from leading Dubai developers
  • Stay ahead of the market with strong knowledge of new launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
  • Own the end to end sales journey — from lead engagement and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closures
  • Build long term client relationships by offering strategic advice and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to deliver a smooth, high quality client experience
  • Attend project launches, developer trainings, and networking events to stay market relevant
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow ups, and deal progress in the CRM
