About the Role
Nestrov Real Estate LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate positions in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for sales and corporate positions across the UAE
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare and roll out offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved budgets
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and ATS records
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, networking, and recruitment drives
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE employment regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Dubai
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) industry preferred
- Recruitment agency background preferred
- Proven end to end recruitment experience, particularly for sales and business development roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast paced, target driven environment

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Dubai.

Pay
