- Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in Audit & Assurance
- Prior experience in an audit or professional services firm is mandatory
- Experience leading audit engagements independently
- Experience supervising accounting and compliance teams
- Strong knowledge of Auditing Standards and IFRS
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Leadership and team management abilities

Position Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as Manager – Audit & Assurance.
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and overseeing the accounting and compliance functions performed for clients.
- The role requires strong technical expertise, client management capabilities, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities Tax & Compliance
- Review VAT returns, Corporate Tax computations, and related compliance submissions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise clients on compliance requirements.
- Support clients during tax assessments, audits, and regulatory reviews where required.
Key Responsibilities Team Management
- Supervise and mentor accountants and audit associates.
- Allocate work assignments and monitor team productivity.
- Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing practical business and compliance solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of audit methodologies and internal processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of engagement files.
- Drive operational efficiency and quality improvements within the department.
Qualifications Education
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Qualifications Experience
