- Job Responsibilities: ∙Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential) ∙Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities Job Requirements: ∙
- **Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ∙**
- **Must have a valid UAE driving license ∙**
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills .
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences .
- Strong organizational and time management abilities .
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills ∙
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions .
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE .
- Familiarity with CRM software and strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuwian , real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects
