Role Description
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable residential, commercial, and land options to clients.
- Advise clients on market trends and pricing, preparing and reviewing sales agreements.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams, ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships through responsive customer service, regular follow ups, and professional communication.
- Meet sales targets, update CRM systems with accurate property and client information, and represent WOW Real Estate’s values of integrity and transparency.
Qualifications
- Skills and experience in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices, including working with residential, commercial, and land properties.
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one according to UAE regulatory requirements.
- Strong Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and ability to build long term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, proficiency in CRM.
- Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
