Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Strong understanding of both primary (off plan) and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes
- Hands on Real Estate experience, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a strong advantage
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools
- Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately

- We are a Dubai based brokerage specializing in both off plan and secondary (ready) property Sales.
- We're looking for dynamic, professional and experienced Property Sales Advisors to join our team consultative salespeople who know the Dubai market, put clients first, and want their performance genuinely rewarded.
Role Description & Key Responsibilities
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for clients, conducting property viewings, and advising buyers, sellers on suitable options.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining an up to date property portfolio, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- The agent will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and that transactions comply with local regulations.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai and preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong understanding of both primary (off plan) and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes
- Hands on Real Estate experience, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market, with familiarity of local property laws and procedures.
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals in a target driven environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client focused approach, active listening, and the ability to manage diverse client expectations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency Native French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools (email, presentations, document management) to manage leads and listings.
