Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Solid understanding of off plan and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional language (French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic) is a strong advantage
- Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately

About Homesae
- We are a Dubai based brokerage specializing in both off plan and secondary (ready) property Sales.
- We're looking for dynamic, experienced and professional Property Sales Advisors to join our team.
Role Description & Key Responsibilities
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for clients, conducting property viewings, and advising buyers, sellers on suitable options.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining an up to date property portfolio, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
- Solid understanding of both primary (off plan) and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes.
- Hands on Real Estate experience, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market.
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency Native French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools.
- Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
