Job Summary

We are currently hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants for Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.

The ideal candidate will be confident in client handling, property presentations, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai
  • Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and company-provided data
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and developer offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements**

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties in Dubai
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be currently based in Dubai
