Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Create and manage monthly content plans, ideas, and content calendars
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high quality videos, reels, short form content, and promotional videos
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and creative elements to enhance video quality
- Optimize videos according to platform requirements and audience preferences
- Create engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy
- Monitor audience engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and interaction
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support marketing campaigns, events, property launches, and promotional activities through creative content
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative videos, reels, social media campaigns, and digital content projects
- Hands on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Ability to operate cameras, lighting equipment, and basic video production tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Overview
- We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail oriented Content Creator & Editor to join our Marketing team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, excellent video production skills, and hands on experience in creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
- The role requires a combination of creativity, technical editing skills, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging content that strengthens the company’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content plans, ideas, and content calendars.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Generate creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high quality videos, reels, short form content, promotional videos, and social media assets.
- Handle end to end video production, including concept development, filming, editing, sound selection, transitions, captions, and final publishing.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and creative elements to enhance video quality.
- Optimize videos according to platform requirements and audience preferences.
- Create engaging captions, scripts, marketing copy, and storytelling content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, algorithms, and emerging content styles.
- Monitor audience engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and interaction.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, preferably within real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or corporate industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative videos, reels, social media campaigns, and digital content projects.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Hands on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Ability to operate cameras, lighting equipment, and basic video production tools.
- Strong understanding of video trends, hashtags, engagement strategies, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content for real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or personal branding.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and content optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics.
