About the Role
Primevista Real Estate is seeking an in-house Photographer/Videographer/Editor to produce premium visual content for property listings and marketing campaigns. You will capture high-quality photography and cinematic videography, edit content, and maintain a luxury brand standard.

Responsibilities
- Capture high quality property photography, including both interior and exterior shots
- Produce cinematic videography, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle visuals, and presentation content
- Create engaging short form videos for social media platforms
- Perform professional photo editing, including color correction, alignment, and final enhancements
- Edit video content with attention to cuts, transitions, stabilization, subtitles, and audio/music integration
- Design and maintain branded templates for property listings and social media content
- Coordinate with sales agents to schedule shoots and ensure timely delivery of content
- Maintain a consistent, high end visual style aligned with the Company’s brand identity
- Organize, manage, and archive all media files systematically by property and project
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (preferred)
- Strong and demonstrable portfolio (mandatory)
- Proficiency in industry standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and AI based tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a clear understanding of luxury branding
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
- Must possess own camera equipment

Overview
- Primevista Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and creative in house Photographer / Videographer / Editor to produce premium quality visual content for property listings and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality property photography, including both interior and exterior shots
- Produce cinematic videography, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle visuals, and presentation content
- Create engaging short form videos for social media platforms (properties, company branding, agents, events, etc.)
- Perform professional photo editing, including color correction, alignment, and final enhancements
- Edit video content with attention to cuts, transitions, stabilization, subtitles, and audio/music integration
- Design and maintain branded templates for property listings and social media content
- Coordinate with sales agents to schedule shoots and ensure timely delivery of content
