Role Overview
The role manages property sales and rental transactions in the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
Freshers with strong sales and communication skills may also apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle property sales and rental transactions.
- Generate new leads and build a strong client network.
- Contact potential clients and arrange property viewings.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate prices and close deals professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up regularly.
- Promote company properties through calls, social media, and other channels.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
- Experience in UAE real estate sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE property market is an advantage.
- Candidates should be presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
- Good English communication skills.
