Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and update financial records and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and submissions.
- Support the accountant with monthly closing and other accounting tasks.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hindi and English language ability is required.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
