The Security Guard is responsible for protecting staff, visitors, and property.
The role maintains a secure environment through premises monitoring, access control, and professional incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles according to company procedures.
- Conduct security checks and inspections when required.
- Handle checks of female staff or visitors in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
- Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
- Assist in evacuations, medical incidents, and other emergencies.
- Follow company security policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Previous security guard experience is advantageous.
- A valid security license or certification may be required if applicable.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
