- Source, headhunt, and attract top performing secondary market agents and brokers
- Leverage your industry network to identify and engage high potential talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of resale focused real estate professionals
- Partner with leadership to support the growth and expansion of the secondary sales division
- Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent movement across the industry
- Contribute to long term talent acquisition strategies that support business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting within Dubai's real estate industry
- Strong network of secondary market agents, brokers, and industry professionals
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high performing sales teams
- In depth understanding of Dubai's resale property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and headhunting skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and commercially minded
- Additional language skills (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, or Portuguese) are highly desirable

Overview
- This is not a traditional HR or recruitment role. We are seeking a results driven recruitment professional with a strong network in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
