We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote property listings, generate leads, and enhance the company’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings and projects
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email marketing)
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in conversions
- Create and manage property advertisements across relevant platforms
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Maintain and grow the company’s online presence and brand image
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and execute promotional events, launches, and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in marketing tools and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate portals and listing platforms
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and audience behavior
- Background in branding, content creation, or performance marketing
