Liventra Properties is hiring a Content Creator & Graphic Designer with Dubai real estate experience to create engaging social media content, design marketing materials, and produce videos.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital advertisements
- Produce and edit videos, reels, and promotional content for property listings
- Develop creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property marketing campaigns
- Ensure all branding and marketing materials maintain a professional and consistent appearance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate marketing
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva
- Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills
- Experience creating social media content and managing online platforms
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
