Role Description

This is a full-time, In this role, you will focus on managing client relationships, conducting property consultations, and executing effective real estate transactions.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, showcasing properties through live-stream tours, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, and providing training to clients on the use of our platform.

You will also ensure all transactions align with local regulations and standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including a solid understanding of local property markets
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to manage client interactions and close property transactions effectively
  • Experience in providing training and guiding clients on platform-specific tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Proven track record in a similar real estate role or related field
