Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to serve as the official representative of our platform in Sharjah and Dubai.

Your primary mission will be to build strong relationships with leading real estate agencies and help them transition from conventional advertising methods to a modern, video-first real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit real estate agencies and companies across Sharjah and Dubai to establish and nurture long term business partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the platform’s presence within the regional real estate market.
  • Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations for real estate brokers and agency owners.
  • Showcase how live streaming and interactive video features can help market properties more effectively and engage potential buyers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to real estate agencies, helping them transform traditional property listings into high-quality interactive video content.
  • Provide onboarding support and ensure partners successfully adopt and utilize the platform.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial meetings to account activation and launching partners’ first live property broadcasts.
  • Consistently achieve sales and partnership growth targets.
  • Gather insights and feedback from real estate professionals in Sharjah and the Eastern Region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services based on market needs and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with agency owners, brokers, and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about field sales and business development.
  • Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are required
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, digital marketing, SaaS, or business development is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for innovation and technology-driven business growth.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-growing startup environment.
