Role overview

Sales and leasing responsibilities

• Advise on residential and commercial buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain listings, conduct viewings and evaluations, and manage transactions through negotiation and completion.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, marketing, and business development.
• Prepare marketing materials, proposals, quotations, leasing documents, and client reports.
• Negotiate rates, prices, lease terms, and contractual conditions.

Property management responsibilities

• Coordinate applications, screening, agreements, renewals, and move-in or move-out procedures.
• Manage day-to-day property operations and coordinate repairs, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and improvements.
• Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, service requests, payments, deposits, and tenancy-related matters.
• Maintain property, tenant, contract, transaction, maintenance, and financial records.
• Monitor compliance, property performance, occupancy, rental income, tenant retention, and property value.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, property management, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of property markets, tenancy processes, property operations, commercial trends, and customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management systems, CRM platforms, and online property portals.
• Willingness to travel between properties and attend client or tenant meetings when required.
• Certification or licensing in real estate or property management is advantageous where applicable.

• The position collaborates with internal teams, contractors, maintenance providers, agents, tenants, and other service providers.
