Key Responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment, candidate, hiring, and business data and develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance trackers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and translate insights into recommendations for recruitment and business performance.
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from recruitment systems, CRM platforms, ATS, and other business sources.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, onboarding, and placements.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, salary expectations, recruitment recommendations, and negotiation support.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Operations, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate information in ATS and CRM systems and ensure confidentiality, privacy, and company requirements.
• Continuously improve recruitment reporting, analytics, sourcing strategies, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics, recruitment, talent acquisition, business analysis, HR analytics, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interviewing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
• Experience with recruitment, HR, operational, or business datasets and development of dashboards and KPI reports is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar tools is required.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, data visualization, and data-querying techniques is an advantage.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and recruitment databases is required.
• Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, and related professional certifications are advantageous.
