Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated
Psychology Teacher
to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate should have experience teaching students following international curricula, including
IB, A Levels, and AP Psychology
.
The candidate must be able to deliver engaging lessons, simplify complex psychological concepts, and support students in achieving strong academic results.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology for
IB (SL & HL), A Levels / AS Levels, and AP Psychology
.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock exams.
- Conduct online and offline classes for individual and group students.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalised academic guidance.
- Help students develop strong analytical, critical-thinking, and exam techniques.
- Explain psychological theories, research methods, and concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and student-focused learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Psychology, Education, or a related field
.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in
IB, A Levels, or AP Psychology
.
- Strong knowledge of international Psychology curricula and examination formats.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong understanding of Psychology assessment and exam techniques.
- Passion for student development and academic success.
