We are currently seeking

Real Estate Consultants

(minimum 1 year Dubai experience) to join our Dubai team.

This is a full-time, commission-only role, suited to individuals who understand the dynamics of the Dubai market and are looking to operate within a more structured, high-performance environment.

The role involves advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of properties across Dubai, while building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Consultants will be responsible for sourcing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and delivering a high standard of client service.

You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams, benefiting from a platform that prioritises strategy, execution, and long-term performance across market cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and market properties across Dubai
  • Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and present opportunities professionally
  • Negotiate and close transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and transaction process
  • Proven sales and negotiation ability
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently within a commission-based structure
