Real Estate Consultants

to join our Dubai team.

Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred, but not required.

This is a

full-time, commission-only role

, suited to individuals who are commercially driven and looking to build a long-term career in real estate within a structured, high-performance environment.

We provide full training, support, and infrastructure to help you develop into a successful real estate professional.

Role Overview

The role involves advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of properties across Dubai, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities.

You will be responsible for sourcing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and delivering a high standard of client service.

You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams, benefiting from a platform that prioritises strategy, execution, and long-term performance across market cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and market properties across Dubai
  • Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and present opportunities professionally
  • Negotiate and close transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and processes

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not required
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and confident
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and operate in a commission-based structure
