Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for a Senior Property Broker based in Abu Dhabi.
  • The Senior Broker is responsible for managing and assisting clients through the full property transaction process, from sourcing and listing to viewing, negotiation, and close.
  • Day to day responsibilities include executing sales strategies, offering tailored investment advice, building lasting client relationships, analysing market trends, and collaborating with landlords, developers, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • The Senior Broker also helps mentor the broker team and sets the standard for how the firm works with clients.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ real estate experience in the UAE, ideally Abu Dhabi
  • Expertise in brokerage and real estate, including knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market
  • A proven ability to close transactions and reach performance targets
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to foster long term client relationships
  • Understanding of UAE real property regulations, market standards, and real estate laws
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a client focused advisory role is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate technologies
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s real estate communities and investment opportunities a strong advantage
  • Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin a strong advantage
  • Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID
