Role Overview
Coldwell Banker is seeking motivated real estate professionals to work as Real Estate Agents in the UAE.
The role focuses on growing property listings, sales, leasing, and earning commission in the Dubai real estate market.
Employer Provides
- Commission of up to 70% on a quarterly slab system.
- Opportunities in off-plan sales, secondary sales, and leasing.
- Lead generation through digital and social campaigns, mall activations, roadshows, property shows, and exhibitions.
- Residence visa, labor card, medical insurance, advertising tools, marketing support, photography, and administrative back-office support.
Key Job Functions
- Arrange residential and commercial property listings through networking and market farming.
- Sell and lease properties including businesses, factories, shops, plots, and homes on behalf of owners.
- Maintain transaction documentation and compliance, and update the line manager on active transactions.
- Coordinate property photography and create effective listing advertisements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, buyer needs, and suitable properties.
- Estimate market prices, recommend minimum selling prices, and arrange property advertising.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and explain their merits and sale terms.
