- Collect information about a property and arrange for appropriate marketing material
- Keep up to date with rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market in Dubai
- Create and attend property valuations
- Create and attend property viewings
- Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage
- Monitor sales and lets as they proceed with assistance of Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams
- Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing
- Keep up to date with market trends in the local property market
- Generate new business via the company's database and through networking
Requirements
- Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Presentable, professional and honest
- Strong networking skills
- Positive and hard working attitude
- Smart business dress is required at all times
- UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle

- Salary Range: Commission Only
- Location: Dubai
