- Manage a portfolio of residential and holiday home properties across Dubai
- Work closely with Lettings team to maximise occupancy and rental income
- Advertise available properties and coordinate viewings
- Negotiate tenancy agreements with landlords and tenants
- Collect rents, deposits and manage financial reporting
- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Coordinate contractors, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Conduct property inspections and oversee handovers
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company procedures
- Prepare reports, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long term landlord relationships
Requirements
- Previous Dubai experience in Property Management or Holiday Homes is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Proactive, solutions focused mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
- Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a growing business
